Believing in the creativity of our youth

The Youth Creativity Fund fosters the next generation of creativity in Waterloo Region by providing funding to students who want to bring a creative idea to life. An initiative of the Business and Education Partnership of Waterloo Region, in collaboration with the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge Chambers of Commerce, we support our region’s youth because we believe in the continued creative success of our community.

About BEP Waterloo Region

We are a charity dedicated to ensuring all young people in Waterloo Region can build their path to fulfilling careers. We do this by empowering youth to explore and prepare for the world of work in partnership with their parents, educators and our local workforce.

Research shows that youth who participate in career guidance activities experience lower levels of unemployment, earn higher wages and are happier in their careers as adults, especially when they connect directly with members of the workforce. By guiding youth to make informed decisions about their future, we strengthen our community’s workforce and wellbeing.

The Youth Creativity Fund encourages members of the public to believe in our youth and encourage their inventiveness. You can show this support in a tangible way by making a financial contribution. All donors will have the option to be recognized on the Youth Creativity Fund website and other digital channels.
