"Do you need Help?" - Making Mental Health Care More Accessible

Nolan

Nolan, a grade 11 student at Grand River Collegiate Institute, applied to the Youth Creativity Fund to help spread awareness of the importance of maintaining our mental health. He decided to create a poster that included a flow chart that provided strategies and helpful information depending on where you found yourself through the flowchart. The hope is that the presence of these posters around the school would help lessen the stigma around mental health.

These posters were hung around the school and he is currently exploring leads to get them into more schools within Waterloo Region.
